The Indie Film Completion Service Company was established to assist the independent film maker with budgets under $5 million secure funding and to assure the investor and or lending institution that the film will be completed and or their investment / loan will be repaid.
We can assist you in securing funds against the following:
• Tax Credits
• Minimum Guarantees (MGs) from a bankable distributor
• Requirements from investor(s)
• State incentives
• Bank loans
• Other creative ways to help you reach your financing goals
Costs for our services:
• Fee is 2.75 - 4% of the budget (less completion fee).
• 10-15% contingency is required
• Fee and contingency percentage are determined on a case by case basis
Submission requirements: Budget, Script, Bio on key personnel, financing plan / proof of partial funding and $950 non refundable administrative review fee, that will be applied toward the Completion service fee if the project qualifies.
